I'm currently a graduate student in USC. I gained 10 pounds after one semester. I feel so bad. When I feel stressed by my paper, I just cannot help eating. Anyone has good tips to crack the situation?

I usually chew gum or drink a big glass of water to help over come stress eating,. Or you can go do something relaxing. Take a break from studying and get out and active to help keep you away from the fridge

I am a student at sjsu and I get the whole stress thing and it can make you feel stressed and want to eat to occupy your mind from doing school work lol here is what I suggest: write in a journal. go for a walk in a busy area people watching can take your mind of your own problems. learn some yoga stretches, they have always made me feel better. -briana
