What do you guys find is the hardest thing about staying healthy and sticking to your plans. I find I have 3 challenges, motivation, falling for the quick meal instead of the healthy one, and the meal choices of others around me. Any suggestions on how to turn these into advantages?

My hardest challenge is peer pressure. I can plan My breakfast, snacks, lunch and still have 800 calories to spare but I have trouble counting my dinner calories because my boyfriend and I cook together and portions get undocumented. I feel left out too. I am overweight and he isn't :( So I guess that's my main hurdle.

Weekends ruin my routines. Throughout the week I count calories and exercise religiously, but come friday night and everything is out the window. I rarely exercise on the weekends. Also, alcohol will be the death of me! I need help drinking on a diet!
