Hey everybody! well I'm in a bit of a dilema here. My goal weight is 108 and well today I'm at 111. All of January I've been between the 109 - 111 and I don't seem to be able to stay down at 109... unless I really restrict my food.. but I don't think that is normal....
So.. I was wondering if you have any tips or ideas on how I can get down to 108 and keep that weight.
I'm 5'0 so 108 is on the healthy range for me.. it's not like I'm trying to be a skeleton or anything it's just those last few pounds that are sooo stubborn..
Anyway I hope some of you can help.
