Hey Everyone! I've tried lots of diets, exercise plans, etc over the years but when some kind of roadblock happens (can't exercise or stumble in diet, etc), I give up pretty easily. I just get so frustrated that I give it all up for several months. I'm hoping that having other people to turn to will keep me accountable and inspired enough to stick with it even through the difficult times.
I'm looking to lose weight, become healthier, and possibly be able to do a 5k run in my home town in September.
