I never thought I'd get to a place where it was actually natural for me to eat "healthy". Sure, I crave bad things from time to time, but I find alternatives like a 100 calorie pack, small square of chocolate, etc. BUT, because I'm eating the RIGHT foods, I notice that I'm not hungry all the time and even better, I don't think about food all the time or what I'm going to eat and when I'm going to eat next! Plus, I get full quicker! I have my own little routine that I follow and it's going great! I truly truly feel that I'm going to do it this time!

Yes you will ;) I totally know what you are talking about...I'm always anticipating my next meal. It's getting easier though, like you said. Plus, I realized that I am happier when I eat well. It's almost as if subconsciously I know that I should be eating and it causes me to be depressed when I don't. I say subconscious because I think when I consciously eat bad food I am thinking....mmm, this tastes good, and I don't feel emotional ramifications until later. That's awesome though! If you feel good now...just imagine how good it'll be when you reach your ultimate goal. I like to imagine that I'll never ever rely on food for emotional reasons ever again!
