I never thought I'd get to a place where it was actually natural for me to eat "healthy". Sure, I crave bad things from time to time, but I find alternatives like a 100 calorie pack, small square of chocolate, etc. BUT, because I'm eating the RIGHT foods, I notice that I'm not hungry all the time and even better, I don't think about food all the time or what I'm going to eat and when I'm going to eat next! Plus, I get full quicker! I have my own little routine that I follow and it's going great! I truly truly feel that I'm going to do it this time!
