ok . hey guys im completely human lol
i just wanna tell u all about a diet, if you would like. its for fast weightloss. not longterm (im currently doing it until i loose 10bs, ive lsot 7. . well until im 170)
ok..
your meals are gonna b chicken breasts.
with a side of veggiges . tea / water/ coffe are ok to drink.
so it would look like this:
breakfeast: big cup of tea w/splenda
chicken breast w/ veggies
Lunch: chicken breast w/ veggies
tons of water throught the day
Snack: tea
Dinner: same as lunch
i reccomend taking a vitamin also
and broiling the chicken mmm:))
ps mustard it the best.
You can have gum etc. this is intended as low carb. and i just forgot wat i was gonna say.. lol um ya if you have questions just ask. i call it the chicken deit.
