I'm new to this site and thought I'd drop by to introduce myself to this group.
I'm a Mom of two to a little girl (6 yrs) and a little boy (3 yrs).
I've battled with my weight all my life it seems. There were years through my late teens and early twenties that I was in great shape and happy with me. When I had all the time in the world to focus on me ;)
I've done Weight Watchers and had great success with that, but I don't seem to be able to just keep it off.
I'm at the point that I'm angry and disappointed with myself now. I've gotta do something to get to my goal and stay there!
For exercise I walk in the mornings from 5:30-6:00 before getting myself and the kids ready for work and daycare. I'd like to join the gym...maybe that will come soon.
I look forward to getting tips and tricks from each of you, and getting to know you.
