This weeks challenge is about making changes to our bad habits. We all have them.

What is your worst food habit that you have? Why is it so hard for you and what do you think you can do it change it?

One of my bad habits lately is snacking on sugary cereal when I get home from work. My solution is to keep it out of sight and out of mind! My husband has been leaving the stupid bag of cereal out on the counter in the morning and when I get home it's it there calling me name..."Dana...eat me!!..." HA! No more my friend! I will eat a piece of fruit instead :D

Until this past week, I had been doing really well not snacking late at night. I've decided that this week I will begin to counteract this habit again and not let it get the best of me. I will not be snacking past 9:30pm (I used to do 7pm, but that unrealistic for me and I would rebel). I may have herbal, non-caffeinated tea if i MUST after bed. However, I will do a weekend bootcamp or go for a walk to get me past the emotional snacking because I'm bored. Kristi

I'm getting really bad about resisting temptation. Lately we've had parties at school with cake, punch, doughnuts, BBQ, fried chicken, punch, etc. and I can't resist the food....and free at that! Somehow I justify it to myself, but I seriously need to stop. Maybe I can do like ghgoddess suggested and picture it glued to my butt and thighs! Haha. Oh well, school will be out in 3 days...maybe I can be strong after that. I used to be so good about resisting!

My worst eating habit is eating at my desk at work. It is a total mindless thing! I have gotten better. I made the mistake of buying some multigrain sticks tho-they are yummy and crunchy and I need to stop eating them! So, I will only take out 1 serving size, put it on a plate and thats it! That way I can track my calories more acurately as well.

At the store where I work I'm constantly surrounded by junk food. I esp. love sweet pastries. I've been trying to take more filling items for lunch so I won't be as tempted.

My worst food habit (and I have a few) is probably gutsing on food rather than limiting my portions.. It's almost embarrassing really, I know I do it... Maybe like Svanjicki its about not being able to resist temptation... if it's there, I eat it....ALL :|

I have a tendency to grab something sweet tonight each evening, which is awful! I've been improving by drinking a cup of green tea in place of an evening snack.
