I know this isn't a recipe, but it is healthy and it helps me. Maybe it will help someone else.
Since beginning a new job after being sedentary and depressed at home for sixteen months, I find that I need energy throughout the workday. I have started using 100 calorie packs of cakes, chips and various snacks in addition to fresh fruit, veggies and yogurt. I eat breakfast and then eat a snack on first break, lunch, and a snack on second break. When I get off, I eat just a partial meal and package the remainder for lunch the next day.
This enables me to work efficiently and lose weight because it keeps my metabolism higher than just eating breakfast and lunch.
