Ladders or burners, depending on what you want to call them. Works great on a basketball court or football field. probably everyone knows how to do them but if not, here goes. Start at one end of the field and sprint to the first line. Reach down and tocuh the line and spring back. Do the same for the second line, the third, etc. Depending on your fitness when you are done do 3 sets of 15 - 25 push-ups, then if you're up to it repeat the ladders.
