So how is everyone doing? It has been a busy week for me, but I have done well. However, I have had to fight to stay on track! This season change has been playing havoc with my mind and I have had to fight to stay on track!!! Actually the exercise is the easiest for me - its the desire for comfort, heavier foods. I think I am getting a handle on it but it has been a fight. I am grateful for everyone here cause you all keep me going!!! Anyway, how is everyone else doing? What is the toughest thing for you right now? Patty

RE: Check In!
Toughest- that it is getting dark so early! I still like walking to school during the day, its beautiful seeing the leaves change. However, it is dark and pretty cold when I get out of class and walk home! It is going to take a lot of willpower to keep walking as it gets colder... and snows soon!
Comfort foods haven't been a problem yet, but I'm sure they will be! I plan to drink lots and lots of hot tea for "comfort" instead of eating heavy foods!

RE: Check In!
I have gone to the fitness center two of the three times I have promised myself and I have had fruit everyday this week. (that is a big change for me, something healthy in my body) I have been drinking a lot of water and have not had a soda since Sunday! I only got 3 hours of sleep last night though and think I may drop early this afternoon so I hope I can find the energy to go to the fitness center today.

RE: Check In!
I'm doing great too - if I look to my food and weight :P - but my work out motivation is nowhere at the moment. That really is the hardest part for me, because (now here come my bad excuses) when I come home late from work, I'm so exhausted that I really don't want to move anymore. So the alternative is to do it before I go to work, which I have done all the weeks before. But since I had the problem with my arm and took a break it got really hard for me to get back on the workouts again. takeing breaks from something for me is really deadly, because I simply get too lazy. But I'll get my butt up again, I promise :D
