Monday was a rest day; Tuesday I did a mile; and, today I did 2 miles. I've been feeling really sluggish for some reason so my pace is pretty slow but I'm pleased with myself for getting out there and doing it. Both days have been stressful at work but after my run I've felt stress free :)

RE: Week 1
Its week 1 for me too. Well day 1. I went to the gym today and was going to follow the week 1 plan - 5 mins warm up, then 60 secs running, 90 secs walking for 20 mins. I did 5 mins warm up, but only 10 mins following the plan before I was shattered. Still, at least its a start....and next time, I have something to beat!

Well done for your week 1 efforts

RE: Week 1
Good job, both of you! That week one training session is tough, but if you build up to it, you can do it. The second week goes much easier.
