I just my first week of Couch to 5k. The first two days I could only make it partway through the 60/90 second intervals. I think I did 4 intervals the first day and 6 the second day. But yesterday, I made it through all 8!!! I still can't believe that I ran for a total of 8 minutes. That's such a huge success for me!
I don't know if I should move on to week 2 or continue on 2 more days with week 1 so that I complete 3 days of 60/90 intervals. Any suggestions?
