With the weather we have been having (at least where I am at), it is difficult to believe the summer is just around the corner. Yes, that means bathing suits and try to get in bikini body shape or whatever, but (!)- I always try to set some goals for myself to get accomplished before summer ends! These aren't just goals for weight loss, but all together goals, like cleaning my house, getting my a hair cut, perfect my steak (which I did last night-delicious!), read a BOOK! What are your goals for this summer? If you don't have them right now don't worry because you have a whole month or more to think about it (that is why this is early!). I don't even have mine yet! Start thinking. This weeks topic is mini-goals so why not continue that way of thinking over to summer?
