My new strategy is eating 3 straightup good meals and maybe one small snack at end of day (have to take a pill at bedtime).
During the day I have found distraction by becoming totally obsessed in cleaning my house. I had a realization at some point that my untidy house was overwhelming me. The solution: CLEAN IT UP. Another is getting involved in this website. Today I have beeing doing both. Was great at keeping me busy.
What do YOU do to keep distracted and avoid eating?
