okay, so i've never done this...
my sister and i decided that we are going to lose 25 pounds together. we have tried to lose weight on our own but i have a very hard time staying motivated. i've never been in a "group" before, definitely never created one!
so here are my goals:
- lose 25 pounds healthfully so i can maintain the loss by changing the way i eat and exercising 5 times a week.
- maintain this group by finding creative ways to keep myself and others interested.
