Hello Everybody,

I just wanted to touch-base to see how everybody is doing. I had a few set-backs in the last week but not enough to de-motivate (thanks to this group). I still believe I can accomplish 20lbs by 12/24...That would mean that I need to lose 1.9 lbs a week from this point forward or drop three one week..none another etc.

I'd love to hear if anybody is doing anything new that's working for you..or any rambling you'd like to share like I just did :~).

I'm doing great. So far I have lost another pound, but official weighing day is tomorrow, so I'll see what it will be then ;). As for my workouts, I was a biiit lazy (or a bit more :P), but I plan to change that again. I start to feel really different though. I can look into the mirror and actually be a bit proud. I mean I'm still overweight (a lot :P), BUT I can see a difference and it feels really good.
