Hello Everybody,
I just wanted to touch-base to see how everybody is doing. I had a few set-backs in the last week but not enough to de-motivate (thanks to this group). I still believe I can accomplish 20lbs by 12/24...That would mean that I need to lose 1.9 lbs a week from this point forward or drop three one week..none another etc.
I'd love to hear if anybody is doing anything new that's working for you..or any rambling you'd like to share like I just did :~).
