My Lifestyle Change

so i decided to get the wii zumba and after 10 min of learning some of the steps and 4 min of the actual zumba (supposed to be 20 min but i couldnt take it anymore) i worked up a sweat so bad that my whole ponytail is soaking wet.. i recommend the wii zumba to anybody who really wants a work out, it comes with a belt you put on your hips so it can tell your actual hip movement. its a lot of fun. even my 4 year old son was doing the steps with me.
