Hello everyone! I hope all is well in diet.com land! I haven't been on in a while, and I totally miss you all.

For me, life is hard at the moment. We are settled into our new house that I really like, work is good, but my body isn't. We aren't sure what is going on. I have had several doctor's appointments, and I got laughed at... I am losing weight. I went to the doctor and weighed in at almost 137 like four weeks ago. Then, I went in two days ago and weighed 133. Then I weighed on my scale, 131. Now this is all fully dressed. But... I am getting bigger. I look pregnant. People are asking me when I am due.. I am in pain. I just don't know what to do. I think I am going crazy. My doctor is saying IBS, but I found out that I can't be diagnosed with IBS until all forms of IBD are ruled out. He doesn't want to send me to the Gastro.

I just want answers.

Anyway, that is it for me. I don't mean to be Debby Downer.

@ 4:35pm ET on September 12, 2011 Hey Amber! It's been quite a while since I've been on diet.com, too, but it is good to see you on here! However, I am upset that you are having these health issues. Does your insurance require a referral from your primary to see a gastroenterologist? Be absolutely sure - you may even want to call them. If they do require a referral, switch primary doctors ASAP! Wait, actually, switch primary docs ASAP no matter what! That one is a loser. I know it is hard and tiring, but keep looking until you find a good one. I'm saying a prayer for you!
