Here I go again... I have not been on here in forever in a day!! Im going to be honest. I have not been doing all that great. The begining of this year, I was doing well. I had lost about 20-25 pounds and was very active. But in the months that followed I became stressed and I ate like I had no limit. So I'm now the heaviest i've ever been. And now im taking a stand about it! i refuse to gain a single pound. Im only gonnna lose some. I'm better now. And I don't have any stress in my life. I currently go to college and living a very interesting life. So i'm working on improving my life. Im going to get on here every week or so to update everyone. Thanks for following.

Hey! Welcome back! I'm sorry to hear you've had a stressful year - but GOOD for you for losing the 20+ lbs that you lost earlier. That goes to show what you can accomplish when you make your health a priority!

Set some specific mini-goals for yourself, with specific timelines associated with them. This will help you re-build healthy habits one-by-one, instead of trying to tackle everything all at once.
