Here I go again... I have not been on here in forever in a day!! Im going to be honest. I have not been doing all that great. The begining of this year, I was doing well. I had lost about 20-25 pounds and was very active. But in the months that followed I became stressed and I ate like I had no limit. So I'm now the heaviest i've ever been. And now im taking a stand about it! i refuse to gain a single pound. Im only gonnna lose some. I'm better now. And I don't have any stress in my life. I currently go to college and living a very interesting life. So i'm working on improving my life. Im going to get on here every week or so to update everyone. Thanks for following.

@ 2:15pm ET on October 3, 2012 Hey! Welcome back! I'm sorry to hear you've had a stressful year - but GOOD for you for losing the 20+ lbs that you lost earlier. That goes to show what you can accomplish when you make your health a priority!

Set some specific mini-goals for yourself, with specific timelines associated with them. This will help you re-build healthy habits one-by-one, instead of trying to tackle everything all at once.
