Well..I was really hoping to be able to tell you all about a weight loss, but I gained 3 lbs last week. I went to the gym 3 times last week, but my food choices were bad and I had too much soda... I know what I have to do this week. I will lose those 3 lbs again!!

Ugh, I know how you feel! I don't get it...I was soooo close to the 10 pound mark Friday...200.6 then I weigh myself today and I'm like 202.4. What the heck?! I didn't do THAT bad this weekend! Sooooo frustrating! We'll get it back off! ~Sara :o)

There is the saying.."you live, you learn" and in your case..shake it off and forget about it! Just be extra cautious about your meals this week and you will drop the lbs. asap! Don't give up!! These things take time!
