Hello everyone!
So Finally I am settleing down. My house is super clean which i found out was a work out bc I was sweating and hurting. lol. My sister finally moved out because she decided not to pay me any rent, so the beginning of he month was a struggle..lol. Now that im back on my feet I am loving my house alone. I get to do what I want and it is finally cleaned cleaned instead of just wiped down.:) Im going grocery shopping tonight and I was wandering what are some of your favorite low cal meals???? I really struggle on breakfast bc i work and I dont get out of bed in time. So quick easy breakfast would be great. I fell in love with the pre made lean cousins so those would mainly be my lunch and for dinner I know a few tricks. lol. So please let me know what some of your favorite foods are and please include recipes I would love to try it. Also im strugglin on a good snack??? Thank You.

@ 11:52am ET on June 12, 2012 Whooohoooo house to yourself!! ;) For breakfast I eat the same thing almost everyday, and it's pretty quick 'n easy: whole wheat toast with all-natural peanut butter, plus a banana. Super quick!

For quick lunches/dinners, how about you use some leftovers? Make a big pot of wheat pasta on Sunday (or whatever day you have most "free") and heat it up for lunch throughout the week. Or cook several chicken breasts at once, to be used throughout the week for different lunches or dinners.

I just went to the store and found whole wheat cherrios on sale for $1.99 a box so i stalked up. lol. Thank you for the idea about the pasta that will def safe alot of time for lunch and I wont waste so mcuh food.
