Thank you everybody for your comments! I did a ten minute tri-set workout today and it felt great! My legs are like jello, but it's such a good feeling. I did well with keeping soda out of my life today. I've had my water bottle with Mio in it today, and it has helped a lot! I plan on doing a workout every day (key words "plan on" lol)

Oooh glad to hear you're trying Mio! I've been curious what people thought of it. Good job working out! Don't forget to schedule yourself in some rest/recovery time - it's just as important as your workouts!

I bought some mio, but haven't tried it yet. Everytime I had bought it my hubby took it to work. I take it, it is good! I will def give it a try today!

Yeah, definitely! The lemonade and blueberry lemonade are my two favorites. Strawberry watermelon is also good. My dad takes them to work, too, haha :)
