Have you ever been interested in an indoor cycling class at yourspin class gym or fitness center, but not sure if it's the right format for you? It can be very intimidating to enter the class when you feel unsure about what to expect. Every indoor cycling class will have slight differences based on the instructor and their individual teaching style. What is wonderful about cycling is that you have the power to modify the workout for your individual fitness needs. Being able to easily adjust the resistance on your bike will allow you to customize your workout while following the guidelines that your instructor provides.

What to bring:

Bring a water bottle with you so you can stay hydrated throughout the class. Also, it is a good idea to have a small towel with you. It is best to drape it over your handle bar, so that you have easy access. If your gym doesn't provide towels, pack a small hand towel in your gym bag.
