Hey Diet.com members! How is everyone's Wednesday going so far? Well I am feeling great this morning because I've had a delicious breakfast, PLUS I've already prepped a tasty snack for myself for later on.
Here's what I'm enjoying for breakfast this morning:
Mmm a heaping bowl of cantaloupe and strawberries!! So fresh and delicious and colorful!
My boyfriend chopped up an entire cantaloupe on Monday and put it into a bowl in the fridge, so we've just been picking at it all week long. It's good to have some pre-prepared fruits and vegetables around the house, because you'll be much more likely to grab them if they are ready-to-go, so to speak :)
Speaking of pre-preparing snacks, I've cut up some carrot and celery slices for a mid-morning snack for myself today. I might have a little light cream cheese on my celery too, mmm!
