One way to make exercising fun is to do it with people who you like. It also keeps you accountable. You would think twice about disappointing a friend who is waiting for you.
Ask someone to be your workout buddy and hold each other accountable. Plan together what you will do and when, then do it. It is easier than you think. As a matter of fact donít think to much about it. Even if you are not exercising, get an accountability buddy.
