1 step at a time

I did hardcore kickboxing and then I ACTUALLY RAN 1 mile on the treadmill the next day. So, I did 2 hard workouts this week and I felt great. I wanted to get more work out in. I think the only thing really stopping me is that I like to sleep in and stay up late. I think that it's better I start working out in the A.M.

I can see a change in my body already---its amazing how all it takes is a some working out to see a little definition in your body. I am loving it.

Week 3 I would like to workout 3-4 times--

@ 3:37pm ET on October 24, 2012 Awesome!! Great work on the kickboxing and running! Yeah sometimes it takes a little while to figure out the right groove for you, in terms of when in the day is the best time to go to the gym. Congrats on the progress you're seeing already - great goal for Week 3!
