Workout Tips to Help you Look and Feel Your Best

The first lady has gotten a lot of attention for her arms, and rightfully so. She's got arms that many women would give anything for. Well, here are some moves that will help you get her arms.

1 - Curl 'n Press (Recommended weight – 5 – 15 lbs)

2 - Deltoid Fly (Recommended weight – 3 – 10 lbs)

3 - Push Up with a Row (Recommended weight – 8 – 15 lbs)
Works Pectorals, Triceps, Lower Back, Abs, Shoulders

Recommendation: 3 sets of these with 10 – 15 reps (on each side if applicable).

Make sure to combine these exercises with about 20 – 30 minutes of cardio and also combine them with some lower body workouts to burn even more fat and calories.
