Hey yall..Birthday was great, different but great. I spent my envening sleeping alittle, cleaning and watching the hungar games for the 2nd time. lol. Last year this time you wouldnt catch me at home on my birthday weekend or not. I was out getting wasted and stumbaling into work the next morning a hot mess. But this year is different I have a grown up head on my shoulders. I woke up at 5am bc my ex had to work so I figured instead of going back to sleep that I would stay up and get motivated. I put away my clean laundry and around 6:30am went for a run/walk. My chest has been hurting me for the past couple of days due to im sure a respiratory infection coming on again..:). So I spent my morning speed walking for 3.1 miles. It took me about 45 mins, which is good considering. lol. When I got done though my chest really started killing me, it was a sharp pain that came like every min and moved from my heart to my tummy so it was super weird. I went home and ate figured that is what it was. But as i sit here and type it keeps coming back not as intense but still like every 30 sec or min for a few seconds. So I may go to the dcotor this afternoon. I just hate not having any insurance. Anyways, the good thing is I woke up and I actually got motivated to work out. I was actually the 2nd person on the track this morning. lol. Im thinking about going home tonight and cooking chicken and walking alittle and if my chest works with me Im gonna attempt to run. The big 5k is Saturday so I have to prepare myself and I really want to do myself and my family proud and not slack. Well everyone have a happy tuesday. Talk to yall soon.
