Now granted, my diet hasn't been the best in the world... living off of the typical college diet of frozen food, canned food and pasta. So maybe that has something to do with it... but I got on the scale today and was up to 152 from the 149 I was at yesterday. ... How does that even happen? It's times like this I have to sit back and wonder why I'm putting myself through all this work and soreness. I guess I just have to keep telling myself that the progress will happen eventually. Patience is a virtue. All that jazz. Still, it's very very disheartening to see that I'm not making any real progress. Then again, it's only been three days....
Anyway, I had to post this little rant. I'm just so flustered about this I had to get it out. Gonna eat some lunch and watch a bit of tv.
