There really isn't a downside to exercising! So why not start now! Go for a walk or jump on your bike, and you will feel great in no time!
Tummy Trimmers at Your Desk!
You don't need to get on the floor and perform crunches to flatten your tummy! Here are a few easy exercises you can do right from your desk chair! All you need to do these ab-solutely perfect workouts from your desk is a resistance band!
1) Loop a resistance band around your chair and drape the top of it over your shoulders, and hold onto the band.
2) Sit up straight with your feet on the floor about hip-width apart. Contract your abs and curl forward about 45 degrees. Hold for a few seconds and then slowly return to starting position. Do about 15 reps.
Bonus Tip: If your boss allows you, take a stability ball to work and keep it by your desk. You can use it as your chair for a little bit and perform many different exercises on the ball as well!
