Skipping the breakfast... drinking just coffee.
For lunch I will have two home made meat croquettes + home pickled cabbage. Then going to the swimming pool. Still don't know what I will have for dinner... will see. Have a great day guys! :)

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day! Skipping meals will reduce your calorie intake, but it will also leave you famished and make you more likely to eat junk food later in the day. Rather than skip it, I recommend exploring ways to make it work with your morning - and packing snacks for between meals! Have fun at the pool!

I know, I know... I've always had problems with breakfast. I usually don't feel hungry at all, but since I've started forcing myself to eat breakfast I'v e started to notice that I am actually having an appetite during mornings, but today I really didn't feel hungry. I didn't skip breakfast to loose weight faster... its not me. I've been there, done that and it's really not worth it. And I do have snacks between meals, like today, after the pool I had these special healthy cookies (200kcal). :) And thanks, I had great time at the pool... it's seriously the best way how to work out!
