So, I have made my own recipe:
I boil rice, then I fry carrots and onions together with the ecological olive oil for some two minutes, then I add to them Heinz ecological ketchup (I know that's not the best choice)fry it all together for some minutes and then I add to this all the boiled rice and then I fry it all together for a while. So I ate one portion of that today and left the second one for tomorrow. I guess there were around 50g of rice, though I am not really sure.
I also ate two apples and I drank two glasses of milk.
btw, I would like to hear your opinion on ketchup consumption. :p
