Getting bored already of your latest exercise program? I am here to help and spice up that boring routine. Here is the latest workout video featuring Diet.com fitness expert Katrina.
My wonderful trainer showed me a perfect fat burning bootcamp style workout for a summer day. You do not need any weights for this workout. You don't even need a gym. You do however need a park. You can often find trails with pull up bars, and steps. Many times, I have no idea how to use some of the gymnastics like equipment but I entertain myself anyway by reliving my glory days on the balance beams.
