The Dumbbell Step Up is a great exercise to add to your flat stomach workout as it will help you get nice lean and toned legs - ready for any little black dress or short wearing vacation!
The best part of this exercise is it can be adapted for any fitness level. If you are a beginner choose a low step - no dumbbells or extremely low weight. As your strength increases, increase the size of the step and the weight of the dumbbells. To challenge yourself further, try doing timed intervals - do the exercise for one minute and then rest for one minute - and repeat. No matter your fitness level this exercise will have your heart racing and fat burning in no time!
