The real challenge is keeping the momentum going. The weight loss, focus and food plan is easy to maintain with the proper frame of mind. This week your focus is on taking your health and fitness goals to the next level.

Check your numbers, your weight, clothing size, fitness level and body fat percentage. Compare where you are now to where you were 10 weeks ago. Write all down. I would love to hear from you.
