This is the last in our nine part weight loss series. If you have followed the assignments you are beginning to look at things differently. You may have even lost weight. Some of you lost 15lbs or more!

The real challenge is keeping the momentum going. The weight loss, focus and food plan is easy to maintain with the proper frame of mind. This week your focus is on taking your health and fitness goals to the next level.

Are you up for it? Can you stick with me for another series? I sure hope so, because you are so worth it. Let's wrap this series up with an assessment. Check your numbers, your weight, clothing size, fitness level and body fat percentage. Compare where you are now to where you were 10 weeks ago. Write all down. I would love to hear from you.
