Hey everybody...I have been super swamped with classes and my diet and exercise has unfortanely taken the back burner these last couple days =/
Today i am hoping will be better ...

So far

1 small apple
1 medium sized banana
1 large skim latte
(does that seem like a reasonable breakfast to you all? I am a bigg fruit fanatic but I'm just never sure if eating too much of it is bad)
