Are there some workouts you just enjoy doing better than others? That workout that no matter how tired you are, you don't mind heading to the gym to workout?
I have a few of those workouts -- but one of my favorite workouts is a day that includes shoulders. Yes - I LOVE shoulder workouts and unfortunately I think shoulder workouts have gotten some bad press in the world of working out and women.
How? Whenever I talk to clients and friends about training shoulders they immediately think they are going to look like a man and have no neck or tell me some other stereotype about bulkiness and too much muscle.
As much as they try to scare you - I promise that this shoulder workout won't make you bulky, have no neck, or look like a man. Instead, adding this shoulder workout to your current workout routine, or adding it in to change up your workout - will only help to sculpt sexy shoulders that will make you look good.
There are actually benefits to training shoulders -- adding muscle to your shoulders will help to make your waist look smaller, while toning and tightening your arms. No one wants jiggly arms and why not try a simple way to make your waist look smaller!?
