News broke today that former partial-term Governor of Alaska Sarah Palin will be penning a fitness-themed advice book.
Sarah Palin Is Writing A Fitness BookApparently Palin has been doing some slimming down lately and is excited to share her tips and tricks with the masses. It's an interesting departure from her stance in the past about politicians giving advice about how the public could live healthier. She has frequently criticized Michelle Obama for her anti-obesity push, claiming it indicates that parents don't know what's best for their children/families. Palin has no fitness or health credentials and has been known to readily admit her family's fondness for comfort foods (like moose chili and chocolate cream pies), so we are curious what sort of advice she will give in her book - which doesn't appear to have been picked up by any publishers as of yet. Would you take fitness advice from Sarah Palin? Weigh in below!
