The beginning of each new year is usually filled with a strong sense of hope. We all hope to become a better person THIS year, hope to become more than we were LAST year. We hope to grow, we hope to improve ourselves. But sometimes as early as a few weeks into the new year, we've forgotten about that hope.

There's no better time than the present to recommit to yourself. So if you are considering letting your 2009 resolutions fall by the wayside already, then head to the Back on Track Weight Loss Challenge for all the support and motivation you need to help you succeed at your milestones and goals.

And then check out how these Diet.com members are sticking with through the New Year!
