Last week I was really feeling like I wasn't seeing enough results and it was discouraging. The day after that was my weigh in day, and I lost 4 lbs...Yay! I never stopped working out and doing what I needed I've been getting compliments at work from the ladies I work with, which feels great. Tomorrow is weigh in and the start of my next phase of my running program. I feel awesome...NO it's not the greatest fastest results...but it the way I feel out weighs the numbers everytime!
