Easy Moves for a Super Hot Mod Bod in 3 min.
This workout will challenge your arm strength, shape your booty and tone up your abdominal muscles.
1) To make this series more challenging, repeat the series two or three times.
2) If lifting your knees off the mat is too challenging for you or bothers your wrists: Refrain from lifting your knees off the mat or make a fist with your hands and push down on your knuckles to protect your wrists. You can also do the exercise on your elbows without lifting your knees.
