I figured out what to use the shaved brussels sprouts from Trader Joe's for...Paleo slaw! I don't like cole slaw at all...never have and probably never will, so this is my twist on it!
- Bag of shaved brussels sprouts
- Bay of shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup Apple juice sweetened dried cranberries (no added sugar)
- 2 tbs. coconut oil
- 1/4 cup coconut aminos
Preheat a skillet with 2 tbs. coconut oil. Once the oil has melted, add in the carrots and brussels sprouts and saute 3-4 minutes. Add in the dried cranberries and coconut aminos and saute 1-2 minutes longer. Serve and enjoy!
