Last Thursday I had an appointment with my new personal trainer. It was one of the most difficult processes I have ever been through. I was in so much pain afterwards that I barely could move my lower body. My thighs hurt just to touch them. He said it's called the shred process & the reason it hurt so bad was because of acid build up in your legs. It was a 30 min workout that caused 4 days of pure pain & even now I'm still in a lot of pain. I go back to working out today but not at the gym I'm to sore. This whole process is hard but I really want to reach my goal by my birthday which is in December. The training really shocked my body & showed me I wasn't putting a good hard workout like I need to. Today will be squats, lunges,& cardio training. My goal is to put in 10 healthy pounds & to flatten my stomach. He said (PT) that I can control where the weight goes if I workout properly & train the areas I really want to change. I no longer drink protein shakes I just drink while milk my doctor said it's better for my body. I now drink 2,440 ml of water & I have noticed a change in my body just from drinking water & milk. Thanks for all the support.

Wowza that sounds like you had quite the workout!! I'd love to hear more about what you did at your workout that made you so sore!
