The subconscious mind is programmed to follow the vision for your future that was selected during your youth. Changing your internal programming requires selecting beliefs and images what would better serve you.
I encourage you to think about this then look in the mirror. If what you want is not what you see, it is time to change your image.
A vision board is a great way to change this internal image. All that you need is a board with pictures and phrases of what you want. This board must inspire you and keep you focused on your goal.
The end of the year is the time to start collecting the images for your vision board. I have been using this technique for decades. It has helped me to lose weight, make money and create loving relationships.
Don't set New Year's Resolutions, create a vision board instead! Here is a simple step by step process:
Step One: Decide what you want, pick one main area and set some goals.
Step Two: Find images to support this goal, use phases anything that inspires you.
Step Three: Get a poster board and make time to creatively arrange your images and phrases on your board.
Step Four: Hang it where you can see it every single day!
Add to your board, continue to collect photos and phrases that reflect your values, dreams and goals.
