I have decided to going back to logging everything from diet to exercise. It for me is the best way to keep myself honest. I was so good all week about watching calories, but I could not motivate myself to exercise. I know I need to do this but my days are so long at work, I just want to veg at home. we will see what this week brings.

@ 3:49pm ET on October 12, 2012 How is your logging going? It's a great exercise to go back to logging everything for a couple of weeks, every once in awhile. It's a great refresher.

My favorite mantra to tell myself, when I don't feel like going to the gym or working out, is "You never regret a workout." I hope that helps you like it helps me!!
