I tell you what I really felt the burn this morning especially after two days off, which was only supposed to be one day off but a stupid truck ran off the rode and knocked out my power so I had to push back my yesterday run to this morning (truck driver is ok). So yes this morning was a 3 mile run and I decided to not go to the boring track but instead go up my road which around to the highway is three miles. And a busy road in the morning bc my street leads to a back gate to get on post so there are plenty of cars to motivate me. Lol. The thing I hate about the road is that there is no sidewalk or bike trail so I spend half my run in grass that is not really stable. And on the way back most of the "trail" is a steep ditch. So I will need to come up with something alittle bit better but it really only is a stretch of about 1 1/2 that is bad. So I should just suck it up. Yeah so I got back this morning and just felt winded it may be because I went to bed later than normal and ate dinner at like 9pm. I know I know but I was helping my best friend paint she is 7 months pregnant and having to move asap out of her house. So some sacrifices where made today. One my knee and my lower back are killing me and my legs feel like jello. Uggghh. But the hurt lets me know that I am doing something right. Strenght training will start soon just waiting for a dvd player. I really enjoy the jillian micheals 30 day shred video. That is mainly what i will be doing. Minus moving alot of friends to new houses. lol. Goodluck everyone and I hope your goals are getting reached.
