So I decided I just need to start fresh tomorrow. I was sick sunday - tuesday and bascially could only eat what I thought my stomach could handle. Then after that this week, i just ate what sounded good because I still felt a little queasy. I haven't worked out all week.

So starting fresh tomorrow. Going to get back into my workout routine and eat healthy.

@ 9:09am ET on October 24, 2011 That stinks that you've been sick lately. It's definitely going around. I haven't had Spanish class last Friday or today because my Spanish professor is sick. And I know I've been fighting a cold for the past month or so now. It's just that time of the year.

But I'm glad you seem to be feeling a bit better! Try easing back into your workout so you don't over do it and end up sick again :-) Hope things shape back up for you soon!
