I haven't been on the site in awhile, but I couldn't wait to share my news, especially since I've seen some other fellow diet.commers who are also expecting! My due date is April 10th and I can't wait...it will be our first.
Before becoming pregnant, I lost about 15 pounds and due to my lack of appetite & nausea, I have actually lost another 5 pounds in my first trimester. Hopefully my appetite picks up soon, although I should be careful what I wish for because I don't want to be an eating machine!
Unfortunately, I haven't really been able to exercise much since I haven't felt the best lately, but entering the 2nd trimester, I should be feeling better soon & plan on getting this body moving! I also need to work on my diet...right now I'm just eating whatever sounds good at the moment since not much does, so I'm probably not getting all of my nutrients.
