How do I get rid of old invites on here?

I seem to have alot of old invites. Names of people I have invited and have not accepted because of them leaving or not wanting friends.
How do I remove them as all it says is pending and invite again?

Thanks for bringing the buddy list issue to our attention - we'll actually be re-designing our entire Buddies section in the coming months (which we are VERY excited about!), but will be exploring some temporary solutions to the above issue in the meantime!

What book did you pick up? Have you started reading it yet?
